Cover Me Smooth texture smoothing top coat has a cloudy cream appearance. This top coat dries slightly matte.
APPLICATION:Apply 1-2 coats over dry nail lacquer to smooth out textured or glitter nail lacquer. Be sure to apply to free edge of nails for added seal. For a hight shine finish, you may add Cover Me after applying Cover Me Smooth.
