RETURNS

Most of our products are custom made and/or made for 'personal use'. Therefore we cannot accept returns.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item please email us at [email protected] right away.

Please attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with the shipping packaging.                         

In the case of a replacement not being available, we will provide you with a closely matched product or a different product of close to equal  value, or store credit.



REFUNDS

All sales are final. If an exchange can not be made due to a damaged item, a refund will be offered as store credit only.

Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping experience.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We will gladly do what we can to make it right.
